In general, the delivery time for Beppy’s is 1 to 2 days for the Netherlands. In Europe the delivery time is a bit longer, an average 4 working days (this can of course vary slightly, depending on the transporter). For export we are always looking for the best provider for you, such as postNL, DPD or DHL
Delivery costs
For delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany you do not pay any shipping costs with your order at Beppy.com.The price you see for the product is therefore the price you pay, without additional costs.
International shipping costs will be add to your order. Check our online store for the exact amount.
Return your order
If you want to change or cancel an order you can call us during office hours at: +31 (0) 10 4676747. Make sure you have your invoice number, client number and the changes you want to make ready. If you are still on time to cancel the order we will reimburse you the total amount. You have 14 days to exersice your right of withdrawal. More information below.
Right of withdrawel
You have 14 days after receiving your order to withdraw your order. If the product still is not what you were expecting, please contact us about returning the unused product in its original condition. We will send you our detailed return conditions including the return address. There are no costs associated with returns. After receipt of the product in original condition we will reimburse the money within 14 days.
For hygenical reasons Beppy products can only be returned unopened and in undamaged packaging.
We only accept returns in these cases:
- Defect products (upon receiving);
- If you recieved a different product than ordered;
- Within the 14 days legal period for withdrawal.
